The papers presented in the annual meeting include Oral and Poster presentations:
Oral presentation
- The Oral presentations will be organized into parallel sessions according to the topic categories selected during the abstract submissions. Invited talks are talks invited by the program committee. The rest of the talks are contributed talks, which the program committee will choose.
- When all the time slots for Oral presentations are occupied, some of the abstracts submitted as Oral presentations will be assigned to the Poster session.
- *Oral talks, including Invited and Contributed talks, must be presented in English, except for the talks on Physics Education.
*除了物理教育會議外，所有口頭報告均以英文進行。 - Best Oral Presentation Award and AAPPS Award: All students－both undergraduate and graduate－as well as Research Assistants (non-faculty), must submit an extra 2-page Summary, along with the abstract, to be considered for the Best Oral Presentation Award.
Template for 2-page summary - To receive the award, the recipient must attend the closing ceremony of the annual meeting. Certificates will not be reissued after the conference for those who do not attend.
得獎者須參加年會閉幕式，獎項將於閉幕式頒發，年會結束後將不補發獎狀，請務必出席。 - All presenters are required to complete payment by 24:00 on December 19, 2025. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in the loss of eligibility to present.
所有發表者都須在 2025 年 12 月 19 日 24:00 以前繳交報名費，如逾期未繳將取消發表資格。
Poster presentation
- The Poster presentations must be submitted before the deadline and presented at the designated time.
所有展示的壁報須於期限前申請並點選送出，並於指定時間於壁報展示區進行發表。 - Best Poster Presentation Award: All undergraduate and graduate students and Research Assistants (non-faculty) are eligible for the Best Poster Presentation Award.
所有學生(大專生、研究生)和研究助理(非教師)都能參加壁報競賽。 - For those (students or research assistants ONLY) who attend the Best Poster Awards competition, you must show up at the designated time and be ready to answer questions from the referees. Best Poster Awards will be awarded in the closing ceremony.
