Commissioning of facilities for GW-Coating research

This oral presentation will introduce the gravitational physics research facilities at the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica(ASGRAF)、 the instruments inherited from Professor 趙煦 of National Tsing Hua University, and the coating equipment established at the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Center (TSRI)—highlighting their roles and applications in gravitational wave research.
