托育服務 Childcare service 

托育費用：每人每日 NT$1,200（含保險、午餐費用）

托育年紀：3~12 歲的兒童。

服務時間：09:00 – 17:00（共 8 小時）  

＊可於議程開始前 30 分鐘（08:30 起）提前送托

＊請於報名系統勾選 “托育服務”

＊費用請於當天以現金繳交給保育人員（需事先完成預約）

*Children may be dropped off 30 minutes before the program begins (from 08:30 onward).

*Please check the “Childcare Service” option in the registration system.

*The fee should be paid in cash to the childcare staff on the day of the service (advance reservation required).

其他注意事項

1. 名額上限為 15 人，額滿為止。申請托育人數需滿 5 人，若人數未滿恕不提供托育服務，敬請見諒。
2. 當日若學童體溫超過 37.5°C 或出現傳染性症狀，將無法收托，請家長事先留意。
3. 若您的孩子未滿 3 歲，本托育服務無法提供收托，請家長另行聯絡外部托育機構：

Additional Information：

1. The childcare service is limited to 15 children and will be closed once full. A minimum of 5 children is required to provide the service. If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum, the service will not be offered. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Children with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C or exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness will not be permitted to attend. We kindly ask parents to monitor their child’s health beforehand.
3. For children under the age of 3, this childcare service is not available. Parents are kindly requested to contact an external childcare provider directly, such as:

溫馨提醒

1. Only payment that is completed before October 18, 2025 can enjoy the early bird price.

2. Who is eligible for the registration fee subsidy：
   • Abstract contributors who do not have any research funds.
   • Master or PhD students who are the primary presenters of the submitted abstracts mentioned above.

4. Please confirm the receipt's details clearly. Once the receipt is generated, it cannot be revised.

5. For environmental considerations, the disposable cups will not be provided in the Annual Meeting of the Physical Society of Taiwan. Please bring your own cups. Thank you.
