投稿問題 Submission Question

1. Abstract 上傳與投稿有什麼格式上的要求嗎?

A: 請遵循線上投稿欄位填寫即可。

A: Please follow the instructions on the online submission webpage.

2. 參加口頭競賽,"2-pages summary" 是 "必要繳交" 的項目嗎?

A: 參加口頭競賽,"2-pages summary" 是 "必要繳交" 的項目。


For the oral competition, is the "2-pages summary" a mandatory submission?

A: Yes, submission of the "2-pages summary" is mandatory for the oral competition.

3. 投稿摘要有字數限制嗎?

A: 投稿摘要皆採線上填寫,投稿沒有字數限制,系統會自動排版。如果輸入太多,線上自動產生的摘要檔案可能就會超過1頁。但如果是投稿參加口頭競賽需要額外上傳2頁summary。


Is there a word limit for the submitted abstract?

A: Abstracts are submitted online with no word count limit, and the system will automatically format them. However, for the case of a longer abstract, the automatically generated abstract file might exceed one page. For the oral competition, you also need to submit an additional 2-page summary.

4. 我在提交報名表單時選擇了不投稿,若要改投稿請問要如何更改?

A: 請登入後直接按Login旁的三圖示>進入頁面點選Edit personal information即可投稿。提交報名表單時選擇了投不投稿,差別只在會不會收到通知信。


I chose not to submit a paper when filling out the registration form. How can I change my decision and submit a paper afterwards?
A: After logging in, click the "" icon next to "Login" > Once on the page, select "Edit personal information" to submit your paper. The choice made during registration only affects whether you will receive notification emails.

競賽問題 Competition Question

1. 口頭發表的報告時間是多長?

A: 報告總時間為15分鐘,12分鐘報告+3分鐘回答問題。


How long is the oral presentation time?

A: The total presentation time is 15 minutes: 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.

2. 海報競賽需要用英文介紹嗎?

A: 海報競賽沒有規定一定要用英文介紹。


Does the poster competition require the presentation in English?

A: It is not required to present in English for the poster competition.

3. 競賽得獎了,是否可以請人代為領獎?

A: 所有得獎者皆須親自於年會第三天閉幕式領取,不可以代理人領取獎狀或獎金,如果有參賽,請注意此點。


If I win a prize in the competition, can someone else collect it on my behalf?

A: All award recipients must personally take their certificates or prizes at the closing ceremony on the third day of the conference.

繳費問題 Payment Issues

1. 我是邀請講員,我需要註冊或繳交報名費嗎?

A: 所有參加者皆須註冊,繳費等相關規定請參照https://tps2026.conf.tw/site/mypage.aspx?pid=124&lang=en&sid=1655


As an invited speaker, do I need to register or pay the registration fee?

A: All participants are required to register. For details on payment and related regulations, please refer to https://tps2026.conf.tw/site/mypage.aspx?pid=124&lang=en&sid=1655.

2. 我因故不能參加年會,是否可以申請退費?

A: 若需申請退費,請於 2025 年 12 月 19 日前,上傳填妥的退費申請表及銀行存摺封面影本至系統。每筆退費將酌收5%手續費。申請退費表格 逾期申請恕不受理。

核准的退費將於會後透過銀行轉帳方式退款。


If I am unable to attend the conference, can I apply for a refund?

A: To apply for a refund, please upload the completed refund application form and a copy of your bank account passbook cover to the system by December 19, 2025. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from each refund. Refund requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer after the conference.

會場位置與地圖 Location and Map

1.大會的會場具體位於哪裡?

A: 2026物理年會將於國立中正大學舉行,主要的會場包括在大禮堂和共同教室大樓。


Where exactly will the conference take place?

A: The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Physical Society of Taiwan will take place at National Chung Cheng University. The primary venues include the Auditorium and Common Classroom Building.

2. 是否有會場的詳細地圖或平面圖可供下載?

Is there a detailed map or floor plan of the venue available for download?

A: You can view the detailed map on the 【TPS Website–2026 Annual Meeting】 under the 【Introduction - Venue Map】 section.

會場開放時間 Opening Hours

1.議程教室每天的開放和關閉時間是什麼?

A: 議程教室將於活動前30分鐘開放入場,若是活動結束後無接續其他議程使用此教室,議程教室將在活動結束後30分鐘關閉,不開放人員進出,若有需求,請找尋大會工作人員尋求協助。


What are the opening and closing times for the session rooms each day?

A: The session rooms will open 30 minutes before the beginning of the events. The session rooms will close 30 minutes after the end of the last event of the day. If assistance is needed, please contact the conference staff.

2. 會場內各個活動區域的開放時間是否不同?

A: 若議程日程表並無標示此教室有活動進行,此空間將為關閉狀態,不開放人員進出。


Do the opening times differ for different activity areas within the venue vary?

A: If a session room is not scheduled for a particular event, that space will remain closed and will not be accessible.

入場 Venue Matters

1.會場的入場流程為何?

A: 參與者務必至大會報到區領取識別證,此識別證將用於年會三日的大小事宜。


What is the entry process for the venue?  

A: Participants must pick up their identification badges at the conference registration desk. The ID badge is required for all activities throughout the three-day conference.

2. 是否可以攜帶食物或飲料進入會場?

A: 部分會議空間與會場教室禁止攜帶飲食。請留意各區外張貼的提示標示。若該區域標示為禁止飲食區,請勿攜帶任何食物或飲料進入。


Is it allowed to bring food or drinks into the venue?

A: Some conference spaces and session rooms do not allow food or drinks. Please pay attention to the signs outside these areas. If a space is marked as prohibiting food and drinks, do not bring any food or beverages into that area.

會場設施 Facilities

1. 會場是否提供行李寄放服務?

A: 行李寄放區設置在大禮堂一樓,進入一樓大廳後左側最後一間教室,若有需要行李寄放服務,請至貴賓室外行李寄放處登記寄放。行李寄放區開放進出時間:1/13【9:00-21:00】、1/14-15【9:00-18:00】,其餘時間則不開放人員進出。若有需求,請找尋大會工作人員尋求協助。


Is luggage storage service available at the venue?

A: Yes, the luggage storage area is located on the first floor of the Auditorium, in the last VIP room on the left after entering the lobby. If you need to use this service, please check in your luggage at the designated area outside the classroom.

The luggage storage area will be open during the following hours:

  • January 13: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • January 14–15: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note that luggage storage wiil not be accessible outside of these hours. If please contact the event staff for further assistance.

2.會場是否提供免費Wi-Fi?如何連接?

A: 大會不提供免費的Wi-Fi,若有需求,可使用中正大學之校園漫遊方式(連線無線SSID:iTaiwan):

  • 手機至「設定」開啟Wi-Fi,並選擇無線網路訊號「 iTaiwan 」,於驗證畫面輸入申請的手機號碼及密碼後,點選「登入」,瀏覽器跳轉本校首頁或呈現「已連線」,表示連線成功。
  • 筆電以WIN10為例,點選無線網路訊號「 iTaiwan 」後,按「連線」,於驗證畫面輸入申請的手機號碼及密碼後,點選「登入」,瀏覽器跳轉本校首頁或呈現「已連線」,表示連線成功,即可使用無線網路。

Does the venue provide free Wi-Fi? How can I connect?

A: Wi-Fi Access Information Free Wi-Fi will not be provided at the vanue. However, attendees may connect to the campus Wi-Fi at National Chung Cheng University via the iTaiwan network (SSID: iTaiwan).

For mobile devices:

  1. Open Settings, enable Wi-Fi, and select the network “iTaiwan.”
  2. On the authentication screen, enter your registered phone number and password.
  3. Tap Login. A successful connection is indicated by a redirect to the university homepage or a message showing “Connected.”

For laptops (e.g., Windows 10):

  1. Select the network “iTaiwan” and click Connect.
  2. On the authentication screen, enter your registered phone number and password.
  3. Click Login. If redirected to the university homepage or a “Connected” message appears, you are successfully connected.

3.會場內是否有手機充電站?

A: 大會不提供手機充電站,若是有手機充電需求,可至附近超商租借行動電源做使用。


Are mobile charging stations (portable chargers) available at the venue?

A: Mobile charging stations are not provided at the venue. Power banks may be rented from nearby convenience stores if needed.

4.會場內的洗手間在哪裡?

A: 在【大禮堂】和【共同教室大樓】皆有洗手間供與會者做使用。


Where are the restrooms located?

A: Restroom facilities are located in both the Auditorium and the Common Classroom Building for your convenience.

5. 會場內是否有休息區?

A: 【禮堂兩側】為用餐休息區,提供桌椅、飲水給與會者自由使用。


Is there a resting area at the venue?

A: The areas on both sides of the auditorium are designated as dining and rest areas. They are equipped with tables, chairs, and drinking water, and are available for participants' use.

托育服務 Childcare service

服務對象:3歲以上兒童

托育費用: 每位兒童全日 NT$1,200(含保險與午餐)

服務時間:09:00-17:00(共 8 小時)

*可於議程開始前 30 分鐘(08:30起)提前送托

*費用請於當天以現金繳交給保育人員(需事先完成預約)

1.名額上限為 15 人,額滿為止。申請托育人數需滿5人,若人數未滿恕不提供托育服務,敬請見諒

There will be childcare service at the 2026 Annual Physics Meeting

Participants requiring this service may indicate their request on the registration form and make an advance reservation.

Eligibility: Children aged 3 years and above

Fee: NT$1,200 per child per day (includes insurance and lunch)

Service Hours: 09:00–17:00 (8 hours total)

Children may be dropped off up to 30 minutes before the agenda begins (starting at 08:30).

The fee must be paid in cash directly to the caregiver on the day of service (reservation required).

Additional Notes:

The service is limited to 15 children, on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of 5 children is required for the service to be provided. If this minimum is not met, childcare will not be available. We appreciate your understanding.

If a child has a temperature above 37.5°C or shows symptoms of a contagious illness, care will not be provided. Parents are kindly asked to monitor their child’s health condition beforehand.

餐飲選擇 Dining

1.會場內是否有餐飲服務?有哪些餐飲選擇?

A: 會場周圍將供應免費的茶點供與會者自行取用,或可至學校學人宿舍全家便利商店購買。


Will food and beverages be available at the venue? What options will be provided?

A: Complimentary refreshments will be available at designated areas within the venue for participants. Additional food and drinks can be purchased at the FamilyMart in the faculty housing area.

無障礙設施 Accessibility Facilities

1.會場是否具備無障礙通道?

A: 全場各主要區域皆設有無障礙坡道與電梯,方便行動不便者使用。


Are accessible facilities available throughout the venue?

A:Accessible ramps and elevators are available across all key locations to support individuals with mobility challenges.

停車與交通 Parking and Transportation

1. 是否可以免費停車?

A:中正物理年會車輛通行專案:

  • 報名參加年會者可於網上報名時提供車輛車牌號碼,並繳費新台幣100元,會議期間可自由進出校園,不計通行次數。
  • 報名參加年會者亦可於報到當天向大會購買停車條碼,每張收費新台幣100元,於會議期間可自由出入校園,不計通行次數。本專案不含括停車過夜,車輛若於校園停放過夜,仍按日數加收停車費。

校內所有一般停車位皆可使用,惟請勿占用主管專用或身心障礙者專用停車格。

Is parking available for free?

A:TPS annual meeting special: CCU will charge NT$100 one-time charge per vehicle for unlimited entrance to the campus during the 3-day conference. To register the attendee can

  • Register the vehicle plate number on the TPS registration web page when registering for the conference online.
  • Purchase the bar code at the help desking during the conference. The price for each bar code is NT$100.

This special offer does not cover the overnight parking of vehicles at CCU campus.

All general parking spaces on campus are available; however, please do not occupy those reserved for administrative staff or accessible spaces.

2. 附近有哪些公共交通選擇可以到達會場?

A: 您可至 【TPS 2026物理年會官網-Introduction-Transportation】頁面查看完整交通資訊。

  • 嘉義火車站:可利用免費接駁車、公車等交通工具至本校。
  • 嘉義高鐵站:可利用免費接駁車或轉搭BRT至嘉義火車站再轉接駁車或公車至本校。
  • 民雄火車站:可租用YouBike至本校。

What public transportation options are available to reach the venue?

A:You can check detailed transportation information on the 【TPS Website–2026 Annual Meeting】 under the 【Introduction - Transportation】.

  • Chiayi Railway Station: You can use the free shuttle bus and buses to the campus.
  • Chiayi High-Speed Rail Station: You can take the free shuttle bus or take the BRT to Chiayi Railway Station and then transfer to the shuttle bus or bus to the campus.
  • Minxiong Railway Station: YouBike can be rented for our school.

3. 是否提供接駁車服務?

Is there a shuttle service?

A:Yes. Detailed shuttle service information is available under the 【Introduction - Transportation】 section of the official website.

4. 會議會場至晚宴會場大約多遠?

A: 晚宴餐廳為【耐斯王子大飯店阿里山宴會廳】位於嘉義市,距離大會會場開車約30~40分鐘。如需確切位置,請參考 Google 地圖。


How far is it from the conference venue to the banquet venue?

A:The banquet will be held at the Alishan Ballroom of NICE PRINCE HOTEL, located in Chiayi City, approximately a 30–40-minute drive from the conference venue. For the exact location, please refer to the Google Maps.

遺失物品 Lost and Found

1. 如果在會場內遺失物品,應該如何處理?

A: 請至大會服務台登記遺失物品。如有尋獲,我們將依您提供的聯絡方式通知您。


What should I do if I lose an item at the venue?

A:Please report the lost item at the conference service desk. If it is recovered, we will contact you according to the information you provided.
